HR Manager (People Operations Manager)

The role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager (People Operations Manager) to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and optimize internal processes, support team development, and support recruitment to help us scale effectively and foster a thriving company culture.

Responsibilities

    Develop and implement a grading system with clear expectations for each level, outlining growth roadmaps from junior to senior roles.

  2. 02

    Design and execute a review process that includes 360° feedback, formal evaluations, and growth-oriented discussions.

  3. 03

    Lead the implementation of OKR frameworks, guiding teams in setting, aligning, and tracking measurable goals.

  4. 04

    Support recruitment and conduct interviews, screenings, and onboarding to ensure cultural and technical alignment (having graduate recruitment experience would be a plus).

  5. 05

    Design programs to support career development and training, helping team members achieve their professional growth objectives.

  6. 06

    Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team events, surveys, and well-being programs.

  7. 07

    Foster a positive and productive work culture that aligns with company values and goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 01

    4-5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.

  2. 02

    Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.

  3. 03

    Proven track record of building and implementing grading systems, review processes, and compensation frameworks.

  4. 04

    Familiarity with OKRs, performance management, and talent development practices.

  5. 05

    Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including experience in global markets.

  6. 06

    Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  7. 07

    Ability to work autonomously and proactively, with a focus on creating scalable solutions.
